Have fun moving while improving your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness...all in just 20 minutes! Each class begins with a light warm-up that is followed by 10-30 second intervals (with rest intervals in between) to improve overall fitness while protecting your joints. All exercises will be performed using body weight. No equipment is necessary. A mat is recommended, but not required. Appropriate for ALL fitness levels.
