  • Total Body Workout RUNS from April 29, 2025 thru June 3, 2025

    This class will target your entire body, building strength, improving endurance, and strengthening the core all in just 30-minutes! Join us for a warm-up, followed by a full-body workout, and a brief cool-down. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. A mat is recommended but not required; no additional equipment is needed.

  • Total Body Cardio Workout RUNS from April 30, 2025 thru May 28, 2025

    Energize your day by joining Kim Crowley for this 30 minute total body cardio workout. Each session includes cardiovascular training, a warm up, cool down and stretching. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and only a mat or towel is necessary.
