    Ready, Set, Hike is your chance to ease into a more active lifestyle! Ready, Set, Hike is MIIA’s hiking prep program that introduces basic fundamentals for a successful hike and/or trail walk.The program is fun, informative and gives a training plan with flexible workouts that can be adjusted to your schedule. All levels of experience are welcome. Throughout the program you will hear from various professionals including a physical therapist and registered dietitian who are motivated to help you succeed in your fitness goals.

  • The Healing Connection between Physical Pain and Mindfulness RUNS from September 16, 2025 thru October 7, 2025

    If you are living with physical pain or caring for someone with physical pain, this four week program shares a supportive way to help meet the physical pain, reduce stress, and improve self care. Each class introduces a theme related to physical pain and mindfulness as well as practices and teachings from the evidence based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. Together we will explore physical pain, learn mindfulness based skills that complement existing pain management treatments, and identify self care strategies that can promote a healthier, more joyful quality of life.

  • Total Body Workout RUNS from September 23, 2025 thru October 28, 2025

    This class will target your entire body, building strength, improving endurance, and strengthening the core all in just 30-minutes! Join us for a warm-up, followed by a full-body workout, and a brief cool-down. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. A mat is recommended but not required; no additional equipment is needed.
