Come learn, explore, and practice what it means to be kind to your mind. Mindfulness allows us the skill to meet the many distractions our minds face and bring care to the busyness of our thoughts. How can we bring mindfulness into our lives, especially when we are faced with challenges and constant change? Each session promotes a rich understanding of presence and mindfulness as well as strategies for how to build mindful skills. Our time together will also include a mindfulness practice, reflection, or meditation.

This class will target your entire body, building strength, improving endurance, and strengthening the core all in just 20-minutes! Join us for a warm-up, followed by a full-body cardio-strength circuit, and a brief cool-down all done in 20-minutes! Please come prepared to move! This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
